HEY FAM - 22 June 2026

What’s up guys! Been a week for real. The work has been pretty slow and just trying to find friends but we ball. ⛹️‍♀️⛹️‍♀️

We had a lady come to church named Kuataha who was a referral we were struggling trying to get in contact with and actually ended up dropping her but then she finally responded and said she would come and she did! 

I got word this week from my last area about Xiamei!! Shes getting baptized next week! 🥳🥳🥳 I am so happy!! I wish I could be there for it though 😭 My last comp told me that they invited her to be baptized and she was hesitant and then they asked her to pray about it. And then the next week she said she was actually going to go to a different church with a friend 💔💔 so they didnt see her but the NEXT week they had a lesson with her and followed up about her praying about baptism and she said "I really want to get baptized right away." 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 SO excited for her! But so sad I’m not there to see it 😓

Me and my comp have been working and praying hard for some miracles and last night we got one!!! Some sisters in the Hamilton mission got our number and texted us to call right away. We called and they said they have the most GOLDEN friend they've ever met who just moved to Napier with her fiancé. He is a returning member and she is absolutely golden and ready to be baptized! (Just gotta get married first) They said she loves meeting with the missionaries and loves church and keeps all her commitments and everything!! I am SO excited to meet her! Literally an answered prayer for this area 🙏🙏

At church right before sacrament meeting started, me and my comp got told we were gonna go up and introduce ourselves and bear our testimonies and little about why we came on a mission. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Gave me no time to prepare bruh. But I thought of a scripture and experience I had to share. I legit started crying bro 😪😪 so embarrassing. But I was feeling the spirit so strong and I am so grateful for that opportunity I had bear my testimony. 🩷🩷

It was my baddie sister's bday this week shoutout her! Got to call her 🥰🥰 miss u lots megan 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Not much else from the week but I am looking forward to this week I feel it'll be good!!

2 And now, my son, I trust that I shall have great joy in you, because of your steadiness and your faithfulness unto God; for as you have commenced in your youth to look to the Lord your God, even so I hope that you will continue in keeping his commandments; for blessed is he that endureth to the end.

5 And now my son, Shiblon, I would that ye should remember, that as much as ye shall put your trust in God even so much ye shall be delivered out of your trials, and your troubles, and your afflictions, and ye shall be lifted up at the last day.
