TRANSFER NEWS 🤑🤑 - 9 March 2026

Kia ora!! I can't believe how fast these last 6 weeks have gone by! Genuinely been the fastest transfer ever but we got transfer news and I'm STAYING!!  So happy I get to stay with my comp and area for another transfer!! We have EXCITING things to look forward to for this next transfer I am so pumped! But its only gonna be 5 weeks so gotta make the most of it 

A lot happened this week but I am just gonna share a few highlights! I just want to brag about our GOLDEN friend Konstantin.  I think i mentioned him before but we had another lesson this week with him and we taught him the gospel of jesus christ and asked if baptism is something he would be interested in and extended an invitation. Mind you this is only our 2nd lesson with him CRAZY. But he said YES!!  We don't have him on date yet cause he said he's just gotta let his parents know and he said he's sure that won't be a problem. But we met with him on Saturday and we had Stake conference this weekend so at the lesson we invited him to the adult session just a couple hours later and he CAME! And he loved it!! He then also came the next day to Stake conference on Sunday AND offered a ride for one of the Elders friends! He is SO elect. All the messages both days were so amazing I loved it! After Stake conference he came up to us and said what he got from it was that his goal is to read more of the Book of Mormon than he already has been and also said he will have an answer for us about baptism by the next time we see him!! Bros literally coming up with his own invitations! This work is so amazing and seeing the people who are just so prepared for the gospel is such a blessing to be apart of. We really are just the guide and intruments and this is the Lord's work. I don't give any of the credit to myself with Konstantin cause it's all him!! He's also so happy me and Sister Hunter are staying another transfer  Hopefully we will be able to get him on date soon!

We also had a lesson with our girl Shanita and taught about baptism and extended an invitation to her for that to be a goal in the future and she said YES!!  she said she just wants to learn and grow more but she is gonna get there I am confident!!! Seeing her growth from the first time I met her has been AMAZING! She is glowing every time we see her! Can't wait to keep helping her and hopefully get her to make that first binding covenant with God 

We had our last DC this transfer and one of the Elders in our district is going home  we had a huge feast and me and Sister Hunter made funeral potatoes  He shared his testimony and some advice he would give to us and it was so inspiring his testimony is SO strong and it was so nice to have that example to me in my first transfer! RIP Elder Barnes  

Also had exchanges this week for my first time and it was cool cause the STL only has one transfer left so talking with her and hearing all of her experiences made me excited to just get to work!! 

Also hit my 2 months today!!!! Wild that came so fast its FLYING BY! 

Spiritual thought:

We had a devotional earlier this last week with John Bytheway and he talked about always continuing in God! And continuing in God FOREVER! He also talked about eclipses. He shared how the sun is much bigger than the moon but that the moon has the ability to block out all of the Suns light. He related it to when we have doubts or questions. He said "don't let all the things you know be eclipsed by a few things you don't know". I definitely needed to hear that. I think it can be really easy to doubt and to be consumed by negative thoughts that come from the adversary but we have to stay strong in what we already know! John Bytheway said "Hold fast to what you already know and stand strong until additional knowledge comes". There are things we might not understand or doubt but we cant let that block out the spiritual experiences we have had that have testified of the truths we do know. And as we continue in God, we will gain more knowledge and grow in our testimony and those small things we have doubts or questions about will be answered or go away! I know Heavenly Father loves us and KNOWS us personally. I know Jesus Christ lives and he is the way.
