ESCAPED THE MTC 😛😛 - 2 February 2026

What's up everyone!!! I finally left the MTC! Had to wake up so early to leave and didn't get like any sleep. But we went to the airport and flew to Wellington!! We made it and President and his wife and the APs picked us up! Drove to the mission office and went over some things then got told who our trainer is and where we are going!! And I’m staying in Wellington!!! I’m so stoked and my trainer is Sister Hunter and we are genuinely the same person it’s so fun. I’m having such a blast!! 

She's been in this area for a bit so she knows everyone and we've had a few lessons already with some recent converts and some people they've already been teaching! I haven't really done much I feel like I’m kinda just living in my comp’s shadow but I’ll get to know everyone and it’ll be good I can’t wait!! Being a missionary is honestly so much fun and in the lessons I feel the spirit so strong and seeing other people and how their testimonies are growing as they learn makes me so happy!!

We've had a member dinner every night since I've been here which is so nice!! It's nice to be able to get to know some of the ward! We had a meal last night and we were there for 2 hours oops 😅😅 we were all just chatting it up haha! And they're gonna feed us again on Saturday so I’m stoked! And she said she's gonna make enchiladas 😋 😋 if you know me you know I love Mexican 🙏🙏 can’t wait!

We taught a girl named Shanita the other day and she struggles with a lot and even getting to church can be so hard for her. She is SO hard on herself and all she focuses on is her flaws it made me so sad. We listened to a talk with her called "Your repentance doesn't burden Jesus Christ, it brightens his joy" and the room was overcome with the spirit. That lesson I know was everything she needed to hear and honestly everything I needed to hear too. She didn't make it to church on Sunday but I know she's gonna get there. There’s no timelines for progression!!

Anyways don't have a whole lot to say only been a few days but being a missionary is so fun and I am already dreading coming home it’s gonna FLY BY!! I hope I stay with my trainer for 2 transfers cause I just love her and we have work we can do here!! I know we got some keeeen people to find!!

Kia Ora from NZ!!!!!!🇳🇿🇳🇿 Hey guys wow I’m in New Zealand!! Crazy to think I’m literally on the other side of the world right now. HOLY PRISON 🥲😇 - 20 January 2026

Hey y’all!!!! Another week down in the MTC! Last email was lowkey depressing I apologize but this week was great!! However I can't wait to get out in the field lol. Our MTC president said that someone called this place a holy prison. Hate to say that's exactly what this is. Literally just stuck at this place secluded from the outside world haha. Anyways here's my week! Last Tuesday (pday): talked to my family and that's really all I needed. Miss them so much. But that definitely pushed me through! We had a devotional later that night and it mentioned that destruction is hard but is what then is built after that is important. I’M HAVING A BABYYYY 🤰🏼🫨👩‍🍼 - 13 April 2026

Kia ora y’all! Hope you all are doing amazing! I love and miss yall muchooo! This week was exciting! Transfers are this week so we had flat checks and after I went out for my driving test 🤯🫣 So weird driving on the other side of the road and car lol but I passed 🤑🥱🙂‍↕️ Gonna flex that I can drive on the other side of the road for the rest of my life.🤝🧘‍♀️Got transfer news and I am TRAINING! Literally fresh outa training and I'm already a mom that's crazy 🫨🫨 I kinda knew it was coming since we have been in our trio the last week so I already know my greenie!!
